EOC WEEK 4: SCARY LEGAL ISSUES

Corporate and Commercial legal issues can be difficult. You are dealing with copyright issues corporate business where they like thing to a certain degress. Photographs will usually be used for publications, advertising, billboards and so on. You are faced with difficult decision and in some cases if the wording in contracts are not correct you can lose your rights to your photographs, lose money or even get sued. You want to make sure your wording in your contracts are correct and any other corrections, and your rights are being protected correctly. You want to be aware of what changes could be expected and have that in your contracts or estimates. You need to cover your self in all angles of any situation.
